Step 2 CS - Registration

The following terms and conditions apply to all registrants. By submiting the registration form on the following page, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. All registrants are required to agree to the following before registering for Step2CSReview Workshop.
2. The fee to attend Step2CSReview Workshop is $695.00 in U.S. Currency.
3. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first service basis once payment is received.
4. Payments may be made by major credit card (preferred) or check. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and received no later than ten (10) days after registering, and must be received at least seven (7) days prior to workshop date. 
5. Confirmation of registration will be sent by email once payment is received. 
6. Clinical Skills Consultants, Inc. & Step2CSReview.com reserves the right (in very rare circumstances) to cancel a scheduled seminar date with reasonable notice prior to workshop date. In such a case, registrants will have the option of scheduling a future seminar date or requesting a full refund of the workshop fee.
7. Registrants wishing to cancel may receive a full refund if written notice of cancellation is received no later than 10 (ten) days prior to scheduled seminar date; otherwise we will refund 50% of the workshop fee.
8. Step2CSReview workshop is an independent informational seminar, and is solely intended to help prepare medical graduates for the USMLE Step2CS Licensing exam. Clinical Skills Consultants, Inc. & Step2CSReview.com make no claim nor offer any guarantee with respect to the actual test outcome of its attendees.
